Sabrina Ferland
SOPRANO
Born in Saguenay, Sabrina Ferland studied classical singing at Laval University. She has been featured in several reviews and musicals in the last fifteen years, including Cinéma Show, Oliver, Ecce Mundo, Les Misérables and Sweeney Todd. She has also made herself known to the Operatic stage in Offenbach’s Orpheus in the Underworld and Pomme d’Api, Strauss Jr.’s Die Fledermaus, Humperdinck’s Hansel und Gretel, as well as in The Merry Widow by Lehàr. Furthermore, Ferland often participates in Cirque du Soleil productions, Festival D’été de Québec and Théâtre lyrique d’été de Québec. Her voice has a pure and clear quality, her comfort on stage, her audience connection and her warm presence have often been positively noted by critics.
